You’ll meet your coach 1 to 2 times per month for 60 to 90 minutes. Before we start, we define three Key Success Indicators together — so we’re always clear on what success looks like. Each session is practical and focused on what you’re facing right now — strategy, people issues, or key decisions. You’ll walk away with clarity and concrete next steps you can put into action immediately.
